Here are Will and Derek’s picks for the Week 13 Thanksgiving games. Picks for the remainder of the games will run on Friday.

Look, folks. This relationship is built on trust. You trust us to deliver our content in a timely manner. We trust you to promise to make fun of us discretely. We’re all about give and take here.
So, here’s the deal. It’s Thanksgiving. One of us (Will) is in transit to celebrate with his family. The other one (Derek) is in Korea late at night hanging out with a bunch of folks who are trying to cope with being on the other side of the world during the holidays.
So, this picks column is going to be something of a working post. We’re just going to add stuff as we see fit. We promise a full money-back guarantee for those who aren’t down with that.
Let’s begin with the pick for the first game.
DETROIT (-7) vs. Chicago
Derek: Call me crazy, but I kind of think the Lions destroy the Bears in this one. The Lions are coming off a couple of big losses, and the Bears haven’t exactly been inspiring confidence. Jay Cutler might throw five interceptions. Give me the Lions.
Will: Going with the Bears.
DALLAS (-3) vs. Philadelphia
Derek: Not a big fan of the Sanchize, but also not a big fan of the Cowboys’ defense. It’s not December yet, though, so I think the Cowboys will remain competent for a little while longer. I’m going with the Cowboys.
SANTA CLARA (-1) vs. Seattle
Derek: It will ruin my day if the Seahawks lose this game.
The 49ers are the worst. I think we can all agree on that. Their only likeable player was Marcus Lattimore, and he retired.
There are certainly a number of reasons to pick the Santa Clara 49ers. They have a good track record at home against the Seahawks, and this game will be their Super Bowl since Harbaugh and Kaepernick are incapable of winning the actual Super Bowl. I imagine the 49ers have spent a lot of time thinking about the Seahawks ever since the NFC Championship.
I can’t view this game objectively. I’ve loved the Seahawks since I was four and the 49ers are a horrendous team with no redeeming qualities. Go Seahawks.
